All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Typical retard females. Some 'expert' is trying to say it has to do with lowered stress levels (post divorce glow up). Typical they even try to blame their appearance on their ex. No fkn accountability, fkn children srs.

It's obviously the age old 'I need to actually try to get someone again' mentality which means gym, diets, clothes and I guess these days 'getting work done'.

If the emotionally manipulative, and gold digging women fee like this after marriage, imagine what the men feel like.

We all know it ridiculous

It’s the fact this is being pushed as a positive thing that’s troublesome

“Don’t work through your problems if there are bumps in your marriage… just get your post divorce glow on girl!!!”

Same thing as body positivity while watching obesity skyrocket. Quite frankly most ppl need to be shamed regularly

I am extremely confident the imaginary aspect of life where the government takes control and authority over our personal relationship is the g0yslop propaganda bullshit.

Marriage is not natural.

There are reasons why everyone feels better and does better with themselves when it is over. We achieve alignment. Subconsciously we know marriage is not real and feels insane. However we can’t come to that conscious conclusion because of the programming telling us it is natural and appropriate. So we believe that and then just blame our sense of insanity on the other person as that is the only thing that makes sense to our stupid brains.

Marriage in the first place is the problem. Your soul knows this to be a fact.

I do acknowledge the positive aspects of these intimate personal relationships concerning development and standard of living. We can absolutely achieve that without the need for governement or institutional interference.

I would suggest there are aspects of codependency that limit someone’s ability to grow.

How did divorce become so normalized? Women used to be shamed and treated as trash because of it. The Jews really did a number with the feminism PSYOP. (Super Duper Ded fkn Srs)

Divorce doesn't make you prettier, said Annie Wright, a licensed marriage and family psychotherapist. But when cortisol levels are elevated, "the face and the body holds it." When the stressor goes away, cortisol can drop and "the face can even soften, literally."

Wright suspects that's what's happening with many of the divorcees posting online.

When I was a personal trainer at least once a year I'd get women in who just got divorced or ended a long term relationship. They'd start working out and eating right again, drop twenty pounds and start looking better, then get back into the dating scene.

A few months after they landed a new guy they would stop coming to the gym, and then if I looked them up years later they would have completely let themselves go again.

The "glow-up" is to attract a new guy. Period.

The best revenge is living well

My sister got divorced and lost 80 lbs. Her ex husband saw her at a restaurant with her new boyfriend, a 6'4" ripped Chad firefighter (dead fkn srs) and caused a huge scene and she had to get a restraining order.

Tbh if you are in a marriage and not looking your best or taking care of yourself, your literal only option is to glow up. It's the best 'fuck you' to your ex there ever could be.

Women wonder why their men aren't attracted to them anymore while ignoring their man, giving them no attention, getting fat, not doing anything around the house, etc then in the same breath say it's the man's fault.

Not saying men don't let themselves go as well, but generally they fall apart/give up after the women stop providing.

Divorce glow up = new access to the drug women crave with every fiber of their being....ATTENTION.

Kinda hard to get that drug on the same level once they are 5 years into a marriage and start transitioning into being someone's "old lady"

glowing up brings them right back to center stage being showered with attention..."you go gurl" from all the gals as they glow up....new interest from people in who they are dating...another go round in finding a "she's so lucky" man...another center of attention shot at marriage and showing off a new diamond/proposal on the beach/honeymoon photos on social media

I'd bet most men give their girls tons of attention all the way up until the point she stops reciprocating it. She starts prioritizing something else, not making him feel appreciated, or some other stupid shit and he checks out. Then they both just get into a period of blaming each other for why they aren't happy, demanding the other makes changes to "make it better" or doing that "I'll start doing X if you start doing Y" instead of them both just going all in.

Men and women are blatantly different, how they receive affection, give it, everything. But for some reason women expect men to think and act like they do.

the attention he gives her 5+ years in just isn't the same in the eyes of OTHERS as that whole process of being single again, glowing up, landing the "right" man, going through that whole process of everyone seeing her being wooed by prince charming.

They are ashamed of their own human nature. It is why they lack accountability. It is why they will never be able to “respect” men they “love”.

If they could accept this aspect as a part of who they are, they could resolve it. But they don’t need to, because SIMPS.

Back in the MGTOW days, a warning sign was that if a bored wife started to lose weight and get in shape and grow her hair back out. That meant it was time to cheat and/or divorce.
