Op if you want the true reason, a lot of people are too scared to stick up for themselves. So they sit for 8 hours.

Its also why open PTO can be a scam. Coworkers only take off 10 days a year? You're expected to only take 10 days a year.


It all makes though, people cant afford to lose their job since they have no emergency fund.

how do i command respect at work; as in every task that i want delegated should be carried out in time and perfectly. how do i send this message across without micro managing ?
