Why do people think the heat will kill you?

Im at the park sunmaxxing in 100 degree weather and no kne is here. Maybe a guy in his bike but its completely empty. Normally theres people walking and jogging.

Meanwhile next door theres construction crew working in the heat.

Why do people get scared?
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew
-moisturize with butter and wash face with milk crew

I came close to heat stroke a few years ago when it was in the 90s and I was in the sun for hours. My case would’ve been more heat exhaustion because I got into a cool area before stroking out, but it’s srs shit. I remember sweating profusely (literally drenched), my heart rate spiking, feeling extremely dizzy, weak and in a state of semi-confusion. I knew exactly where I was and what was going on, but I couldn’t think clearly other than an instinctive fight or flight response. It took me a couple hours of laying down to feel normal again, and ever since then my everyday heat tolerance has been diminished.

I just remembered I had another heat exhaustion episode when I was a teenager from skateboarding all day in the peak summer heat without eating. I remember seeing stars and having to get picked up lmao. Same thing happened to my grandpa (dark skinned Sicilian tradie) while he was playing golf, the ambulance came and everything.
