Peter Drucker: "If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.". The core idea is that concrete data is required to track progress and make effective changes. Set high goals and track your progress to become the best version of yourself.

The idea of having a boss is insane to me. I can never do it again. It just doesn’t make sense.

I do not want to “have a family”. I can’t think of a more cucked thing for a whole ass man to do with his existence. Other than be nervous about how his boss will feel if he is a little late.

I don’t see a reason to participate in society at all. Every single aspect of it only serves to satisfy short term neurotic desires and literally nothing else. Everything about society is programmed horseshit.

I really feel like I’m just waiting to find my bleed out spot, which is kind of depressing, but also I am extremely grateful for it.

FWIW You need to get a life before you can have goals for it
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

What does “get a life” mean?

That is such an emotionally immature response lol.

PS: Don't eat poop, just don't let the idea of it stop you from living life to its fullest.

As long as you feel happy and fulfilled, it's all good. You also accomplished some remarkable things as a young man. It's not like you've been a rotter your whole life.

Besides, freedom is infinitely more valuable than money or status. It sounds like you've made it brah.
