at work i go to the caffeteria at 11:00
I take a grey tray. Never the beige one.
I take a napkin and put it on the left bottom corner of the tray. I put the silwerware on top of the napkin.
Plate on the middle, little to the left.
2 slices of rye bread to the bottom right corner of the tray.
Then i take a salad plate and fill it thoroughly. Place it next to the big plate.
With the main course i judge the calories depending on the meal and respond my portion size accordingly.
I never over endulge.
2 glasses of milk. Place them to the top right corner of the tray.
I sit next to the window. Usually with 2 of my best coworkers.
I always start off by eating the bread.
Then i follow up with combinations of forkfulls with salad & the main meal.
I prefer finishing my salad off by the time the main meal is half way done.
When im done i use the napkin to wipe any remaining residue off the outer layer of my mouth.
And take a toothpick.
For aura farming purposes.

Protein drink in the morning just a store bought brand and an apple,
60 g oats, 100 g blueberries a little later
Lunch- tuna or canned salmon maybe tofu. , rice or quinoa, kimchi
Dinner- meat or salmon -170-200 grams, potatoes, and brocolli
Snack- 170 g plain Greek yogurt, 15 g whey protein. 100 g blueberries
Some olive oil in those meals.
I will make curry lentil soups for dinners sometimes
60 g oats, 100 g blueberries a little later
