Would just guess wider shoulders/back (frame?) have the greatest effect, even though they might not realize it themselves sometimes? Never seen any women mire/compliment abs, but many sure seemed drawn to generally bigger, wider dudes - even ones with mid faces. Dat subconscious "can he protect me?" thing perhaps. Or... I'm just clueless.

i wish i had a phase where i worked mine a lot when i was a teenager instead of doing a bunch of upper body. most fit dudes just had a phase where they worked tons of abs then stopped doing em but kept the gainz from doing other physical activity

I just started training them this year, just turned 30 this year

But since I began lifting back in 2012, I’ve always almost have had a 6 pack minus the bulks, small abs tho, not bricks
