Today for cardio I walked 14 miles

Today workout was 14miles walk at 3.5mph and Incline at 5.0. I burned about 2,000 calories.

Took me 4 hours.

I’m leanmaxing !!! My goal is to get down to 160lbs. Maybe 150 and then start hitting the gym.

everyone i see is fat. if theyre just skinny that's a plus bc that is rare. i live super rural tho and not within 3 hours of a city. when i lived in the city it was different but i reckon tht was because there was so many people, when i went in public they were still mostly fat.

you'd be better off doing both. lean muscle burns more calories in a rested state. higher BMR.

what shoes are you wearing?

as soon as i do incline i wear the sh*t out of them on the inside and holes appear ont he material. burned through 3 pairs in the last 12 months
