Cant imagine worse life than being a sedentary motherfucker

I got covid last monday and been at the house since.
Couple trips to the store and went to the gym on friday. Did some tris and bis and calves so my HR wouldnt get up.
Anyway man.

Its been dog ass. My muscles are athrophied. Im depressed. My back and shoulders ache because ive been laying on my bed too much.
If i lost a limb or something and had to live like this forever id be pissed.

People who willingly choose to live like this dont know how bad they feel because theyre used to it.
A sedentary person probably looking at my posts like wtf, why is this guy running 4 times a week Thinking im the crazy one.

Ive had sedentary friends who always get this gay attitude on when somebody talks about working out. Ridiculous for them to choose this instead of active lifestyle.
Self sabotage ass mentality.

I quit my job back in January and just vegged out for awhile, and it does get really old. I have a bad back and knees at this point so I cant really do much, but I do take a lot of tylenol and keep my place very clean.
