He has essentially been dead since he had that BSOD moment on camera. I bet he is still alive and they wheel him in like a corpse for one last vote like they did with Feinstein a few years back.

That would be a very very unfortunate and tragic situation. Everyone please join me in wishing this absolutely is not the case.

It's crazy how people will cling to whatever shards of power they hold until the bitter end. It's the opposite of a meaningful life.

I don't wish him death, but if he had any respect for himself or the country he should have fucked off a while ago.

Mentally, he has been basically dead for a long time. There's no way he has the capacity to make any decisions or to know what he is doing. His memory is probably shot, along with his hearing and reading skills, as it happens with old people. He most likely sleeps half the day and is on a huge amount of prescription pills, the guy can't even walk without assistance. Anyone who is around old folks his age knows this. He belongs in an elderly care facility. No different than Joe Biden.

The system is a complete joke.

Agreed.

As for dying. He’s gotta be on the verge of it right? It’s still him with us physically. He’s not worth cloning to in the elites opinions. If he is dead they wouldn’t hide it.

Yes and it is scary to think who has been voting on his behalf in the past year.

Even if, hypothetically, none of this was true - he's a boomer whose been a senator for like 4 decades (which is absolutely absurd), so he's completely out of touch.

He's an 84 yo who was found unconscious, and CPR was performed on him at the scene.

Pretty sure you all can do the math from there....

Are you even familiar with Weekend at Bernies? I am in close communication with people who can guarantee he will be voting at least through the midterms...

One of my favourite movies to this day.

Having said that, maybe a nice thing to put aside the partisan bullshit on would be mandatory age limits on public office. Airline pilots have mandatory retirement at 65, military have mandatory retirement at 62, air traffic controllers have it at 56, and this isn't an exhaustive list.

But when it comes to people who can and do shape the conditions for future generations, apparently no worries!

100% this, I work with guys that are over 60 and they might have the wisdom, but their cognitive abilities are completely shot compared to a 20 or 30 year old, it's chalk and cheese. Some are better than others, but it's painful working with them, watching them type emails, trying to answer their mobile phone, they're just not as quick as they used to be. The ones who are the worst are the ones that still think they're hot s*** and think that they've still got it.
