I mean, think about it. Most guys have been masturbating since age 12. Probably not every single day, but there are also plenty of days at age 13 where I jerked off like 5x. Before age 18, the masturbation column was likely significantly higher.

However, I would say I now drink more beers each week than the number of times I masturbate. Maybe 2-3x per week masturbator, but I almost certainly drink 5-6 beers per week minimum. There have been times over the past couple years when I was staying in a hostel and drinking 15+ beers per day for months and couldn't even jerk off so those numbers were very skewed.

Drank zero Beers.

Been jacking it for 27 years or so. Never going to be able to work out a number, but even at once a week that is over 1.4k faps. Some weeks were less than once, many weeks more than once. Like I said, I have NO IDEA what my fap total could be.

I only drank beer when I was "clubbing" as a young whippersnapper, from age 18 to 25 or so, so lets see, if I would average 25 outings a year, round up to 10 beers a night over 7 years, that would be 1820 beers, now throw in beers over the rest of my life at home etc but I was never a big beer drinker, lets throw in another 500 beers, that puts it at 2320 beers over a lifetime

now fapping, easily in the 3000+ range I'd say

Depends on the stage of life. Over the past five years, probably beers. Although I'm trying to cut back on both aspects and have significantly over the past six months. Down to maybe 5 beers a week and a fap session every other day.

It's probably beers, if it were drinks it would be drinks for sure, but for the past 12 years or so I've switched from primarily beers to low carb drinks, vodka soda, red wine, seltzers in that order.

Hard to tell but the edge goes to fapping. Went through periods where I fapped every single day and a few years where I was actually involved with women and social so I barely did it. Nowadays its every other day or every two days. On stressful weeks I'll go everyday for 2-3 days before I feel coombrained and take a break.

Whenever I drank I'd do at least 10 beers (20+ if you convert hard liquor or shots to the beer equivalent) but I was an infrequent drinker until my late 20s where I degenmaxxed for a couple of years. Would've for sure surpassed masturbation if I kept it up.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
