woman is facing a felony charge for allegedly sending a sexually explicit video to her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend, showing the suspect and the man engaging in sex.Beaumont police arrested Jessica Shelton, 39, of Starks, Louisiana, on the State Jail Felony charge of Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material. If convicted, she could face up to two years in state jail. Bond was set at $8,000. Bond conditions include having no contact with the victim or any complaining witnesses.Police say while conducting the investigation, it was determined during an interview with the man that Shelton had sent sexually explicit visual material of Shelton and him engaging in sexual intercourse to his current girlfriend.
