Started with them, and there are always some, but now it's considered "normal" or something. Now we have this "we are the victims so we can't do wrong" mentality to add to it. Not only that, but I read about it and I guess they were illegally parked and loitering. They were notified but refused to make any corrections True, he probably should have called law enforcement but it doesn't give them the right because someone walks up and says something to you.

Apperantly according to feminst, just walking up to a person is charging them.

Bear spray is really strong, it could cause actual injury.

It seems like they were the ones getting aggressive first. If they were leaving then just get in your car and lock the doors if you're so scared of this old man. Spraying him with bear spray is pretty ridiculous, especially since he was walking away. I hope they do get charged. Stupid spoiled brats.
