I honestly don't believe he's 240 based on that pic. No ego considered. I'm 6'1 and I had a similar physique at 235. He's got thick wrists though and possibly thick ankles.

If he says hes 240 then hes fucking 240, its a fucking pain in the ass, when I was almost 300 lbs people would tell me I wasn't overweight and looked like I was 200, WTF is 240 supposed to look like? He doesn't want to be 240 fucking pounds.

Most people are a terrible judge of weight, they see people who are 400 pounds all the time so they think its normal, he wants to lose weight, don't gaslight him into thinking fucking 240 lbs is acceptable if he doesn't think it is.
