How to escape incel status. Train your deep abdominal wall.
A lot of dweebs already know the blueprint to ascend. Lose weight, hit the gym, dress better, etc
But they are missing the secret ingredient - their deep abdominal wall is weak due to chronic sedentary lifestyle outside the of just hitting the gym. They sit at work 8 hours a day. Sit in traffic. Sit on their desk at night.
Why is a strong deep abdominal wall so important?
1. It gives your body that strong posture look. Also adds 1-2 inches of perceived height increase depending on how weak ur deep abdominal wall is.
2. Your breathing improves. When ur deep abdominal wall is weak, u subconsciously take lazy breathes. You also mouth breathe which fks ur posture, facial structure, etc. You also get anxiety cuz ur brain doesn't receive the proper oxygen it needs and ur nervous system gets fked cuz ur brain is telling u to panic.
3. Ur face gets it's glow back because ur feeding ur skin proper oxygen. Ur eyes get lively. Skin bloodflow improves. Bone restructures to proper position.
4. Stronger deep abdominal wall = stronger at all ur other lifts. Ur energy and confidence skyrockets.
