I'm thinking about adding pineapple and kiwi to my diet.

They're like bananas in that they have to ripen.

The relevance is that I buy most of my food from Costco and the bananas from Costco have sucked every single time I've bought them. Anyone buy pineapple and kiwi from Costco and can report on if they ripen well?

I hate Costco and the people that shop there so much but I like saving money so.

No ripening required.

In Japanese swordsmanship, the pinky is the most important finger for gripping the sword. That's why they cut the pinky off in their gangs now.

He also buys whole chickens and cuts them into the individual pieces and uses the bones to make soup to collagenmaxx.

I hope you get to enjoy the amazing benefits of having two pinkys for decades to come.

The bone soup is a good idea, Ngl.

For most people, buying an already cooked rotisserie chicken is probably better and the bones still have a lot of collagen if souped.

For me, I do the extra work because I don't want any onions or garlic in my diet.

I believe this to be true.

If you were to actually assert a woman has ever willingly touched your cock I would laugh.

Low FODMAP diet.

I don't have any digestive issues but digestionmaxxing is still good for feeling good and performing well. Also, gut health directly affects your skin.

As in occasionally doing it or it's his main thing now? Either way, there's nothing wrong with constantly evolving on trying to optimize things. Ground turkey is cheap, lean, and convenient so it's not the worst idea in the world.

Sometimes you also get forced to change things up. 85/15 ground sirloin burgers used to be my main thing but Costco discontinued the product so I switched to top round. $5/lb to $8/lb, thanks orange man.

Bananas and kiwis good. Pineapples too high on the glycemic scale. Fuji or Honeycrisp Apples better.

Fuck those Boomers at Costco. I refuse to shop there.

Good choice. Pineapple contains bromelain which offers many benefits. Kiwis have a significant amount of lutein and zeaxanthin, plus many other nutrients
