im just having this crazy realization

how fucken insane is it that just 25 years aftr 9/11 "never forget" , NYC elects a muslim mayor. that is actually crazy and just a demo of where america is heading if anything. like think how insane that is. when i went to hs in AZ i actually had a music teacher that his brother died on one of them flights. 9/11 was a massive day there at the time

i was only 5 and remember my parents being genuinly worried. they sent us home early from school that day. my dad used my teletubbie vhs tapes to record over it. one day soon after i go to watch my vhs teles and i see a plane going into a tower.

i asked them about it recently and they said at the time they thought there was going to be a global war and nova scotia wasnt out of the question of warfare. i mean. the usa in nyc getting attacked was a unheard of thing. ns isnt very far from nyc to be fair
