Ive been sungazing and its improved my eyesiight srs

I recon if i do this for 5 years or so i can be 20 20
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew

You have to train your eyes like any other muscle. Wearing glasses will destroy it.
