My dad lives on a 10th floor and I was decently gassed climbing the stairs in one continuous go. I have pretty good cardio.
Are breaks allowed?

I'm pretty sure I could do 20 flights without stopping. People who hate cardio and haven't done a lot of HIIT style training in their life would have a real hard time doing that.

But i used to work on the icon of the seas and had to walk it up and down. Many times i did 15 floors in one go. I could probably go like 50 floors without stopping. Super ded fkn srs
