I would love something like that, but the footprint is just too big for the available space that I have.

Donnie Thompson has another invention that is going to be my next purchase. It’s called the kickstand.

Very small footprint. Very light. And it can be used for chest support supported rows. He has a patent and the company to manufacture it. So now it’s just a matter of waiting for the product. I’ve been waiting on it for a year or two since he started teasing it.

Charles Glass is all about the angles and feeling the contraction.

Light weight high reps

I personally prefer Coleman's style of training, much more effective

Morning basketball has been hit or miss. There's just bee lots of the guys I play with out of town playing because it's summer. That said, we got 8 today, so I skipped out on lifting and did that instead. Back at it tomorrow.

I’m sure you know this, but my thread titles are sometimes just the tiniest bit tongue in cheek. 😂

I’ve read Charles Glass’s book (multiple times), I think he adds a lot of value to the lifting world. Srs.

But nobody clicks on a thread title that says:
Wednesday Lifting Thread

💀😂
