coffee don't hit the same as energy drinks

Was drinking 4 energy drinks and like 8 coffees everyday.

Decided to cut out the energy drinks to save money.

Coffee ain't hitting the same, probably because it doesn't have all the other shit that energy drinks have.

Being inactive I just feel tired all the time, I had more energy when I walked for 2 hours everyday.

I used to drink pre workout instead, I stopped because of the cost, it was cheaper than energy drinks at least.

White Monster is GOAT. Coffee is much worse. Gives you bad breath and makes you poop. Have to load it with milk and sugar to make it taste good and then it's 400 calories. I'm tryna be a shredded sickkunt like zyzz not a fatcel.

Might be the first time someone told me energy drinks are better than coffee, I seen a video of someone who had a cat that was like 20 years old, they said the secret to the cat's long life was they were mixing black coffee in with it's food, I'm not sure what would cause someone to experiment with this to discover such a thing.

I know boyo, with my heart history its probably not a good thing, sad thing is I will probably live longer than most of the population.

It was funny because I seen a study of how pro bodybuilders and steroid users would often die in their 50s but they still had a longer life expectancy than obese people.

500 ml can of Monster contains

Taurine, Ginseng, L-Carnitine, Caffeine (160mg) and B Vitamins
Coffee is just roasted coffee beans and water, plus milk and sugar if you want to add. Caffeine amounts depend largely on portion size and brew method. Tends to range from 60mg to 250mg.

So coffee can have MORE caffeine, but energy drinks have all the other stims as well. I chose 'Monster' as an example as it is a popular brand, but C4 energy drinks have more like 315mg of caffeine for a 473ml can.

If this was 2010 and STEM was still lucrative and you needed caffeine to grind out a CS degree, then I could see that being a good use case.

Today though, the job market is done and there isn't any good reason to take caffeine. If you want a job, go to the courthouse and legally change your name to D'Brickshaw Jackson and get a tan. If you want to cut, take clenbuterol instead.
