Fuck Canada (srs)

Stupid flappy head fucks over the border can't stop their forests burning down every few months and now outside looks like a Mexican Piss Filter has been applied to it and my throat hurts.

I was in the mountains in Colorado last week and had shitty air quality due the fires up there and come back and the Canacucks fucked up the air in Chicago as well. Unbelievable

In Ontario the Conservatives cut the emergency forest firefighting management unfortunately

In 2025, Ontario premier Doug Ford decreased the province's budget for emergency forest firefighting from $177 million to $135 million, with $4 million cut from emergency preparedness. According to the budget, the province ended up spending $271 million-double. This year, the province earmarked $150 million.

In the 2019 Ontario provincial budget, Doug Ford's Progressive Conservative government significantly reduced the province's emergency forest firefighting fund. The allocation for emergency wildfire fighting was slashed from $212 million in the 2018–2019 cycle to $69.8 million, marking a 67% reduction.

That’s not really the issue. What happened is a lobby group convinced many of the provinces to stop managed forest burns because “stop wrecking nature!”
