RIP Pedro Suarez Vertiz. Te queremos Hermano

Here's my lunch for today using the low carb bread.

Blood sugar went up by about 40 and it should come back down within 2 hours, which is normal since I'm diabetic.

I’m using millimoles so I’d have to convert it . Thx for the posts , appreciate it

Edit , I converted it . 2.2 mmol/m , which is a substantial increase but not terrible

My blood sugar went from 97 up to 135. So from about 5.4 to 7.5 after eating two of the hoagies.

Just did my record after waking up . I ate this new sugar free dark chocolate and although I ate at around 1 pm , I didn’t fall asleep till 6am .

This was taken about a half hour after getting up . I knew it was going to be low though , as I can feel it now

I'm sitting at 6.0 right now, but I had a fruit cup in juice about an hour ago.

Well boyos I hit another milestone. 241 this morning, which is weird because I’ve been stuck at 247.5 for what seemed like forever .
Going to feel good to break into the 230’s soon , and hopefully the 220’s this year .
End game is is under 200 ,but that may be optimistic.
Had 3 different people tell me I definitely look like I lost some weight . Not only did my gut get smaller ,but my shoulders and chest are definitely smaller , which means I’m losing muscle as well as fat . My strength is increasing though lol , so wtf ?
Anyways it is what it is , and I’m going to quit obsessing over how much muscle I retain and just keep working out .

I almost feel like trying to do another 2 day fast . I’ve only been eating one meal a day as I’m not very hungry in the afterwards ,so I just have a few tablespoons of meat based protein and a small scoop of amino acids mixed in skim milk in the evenings

How the fuck did you get that unhealthy?

If I were seriously having the same issues, I'd go on long fasts and do a lot of walking. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Worry about muscle after you get your health in order. Right now you should focus on reversing as much damage as you can, as fast as possible. Diabetes is probably the leading cause of most diseases and cancers. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Took many years lol . Tim Hortons didn’t help , or DQ . My job mostly consisted of working in an aerial bucket truck , so you don’t move much .
Every time I’d lose 10 pounds I’d gain it back when I got yucky . I’m sustaining from beer till I lose the weight , but it’s not like I have a choice as alcohol destroys pancreas cells , especially when you’re like me and bing drink

I was doing quite well till I sustained some bad injuries. That cost me a lot as I wasn’t very active for a while

Great job man on overcoming that obstacle. Losing those stubborn pounds is no easy task. I feel like this can be a massive breakthrough as you continue to try and lose weight.

are you doing 2 day fasts brah? they for sure are helping. incorporate them into each new week.

fasting is like a muscle, it gets easier the more you do it. my struggle is around the 70hr mark, not hunger, just a mental urge to eat. but that there autophagy is meant to kick in around 80hrs, and higher fat loss as glycogen stores are depleted.

i just finished a 92 hour fast today. had a few slices of beef roast from the oven. and just walking around 12k steps throughout the day this week. will restart again on sunday

230s incoming, stick at it.

mirin progress

Good job. If you're getting stronger or your strength hasn't changed but your shoulders seem small, you've lost some fat around your shoulders and your muscles if your low carb are also depleted. Keep at my guy

You should intermediate fast. Eat between 12 and 6. That's 18 hours of fasting. Also start walking after meals, people swear it helps with blood sugars. My fasting blood glucose was 100, borderline. That was about 2 years ago when I thought I was diabetic. Matter of fact, gonna check my A1C next time I go to the doctor

Also muscle is huge in preventing type 2 diabetic. Its why skinny fat people can also be type 2.

Good job.

Start eating a FUCKLOAD of greens.

Make your dinner be a steak of piece of lean chicken, and a fucking plate full of green veggies.

eat an entire bunch of raw celery every few days.

I've been eating a kilo or wo of celery per day since I got a bunch on sale.

You need to GreenMax to lower your sugars and lose weight. Fill your stomach with fresh veggies, tomatoes, shit like this.

Ya I have been walking 1.7 miles immediately after I have my lunch . I have a fractured tibia above the ankle , and it has a calcium deposit that blocks blood from healing the fracture , so when I try and push it to a few miles things go south . 1.7 is better than nothing

Faurk , I wish I watched my diet very closely during my injuries, as I’m positive this could have been avoided.

A cob of corn every 4-7 days won't hurt anything. Especially if its only one of the VERY carbs you are eating
