Tbh I think I’d prefer a data center over more neighborhoods.

BRB a million retards crammed into a shitty neighborhood, dogs barking 24/7, Dogs shitting everywhere, nonstop traffic, dumping fertilizer in all the yards ruining the local waterways. More section 8 retards blasting rap and smoking weed 24/7.
Meanwhile my city is building new housing like no tommorow.

They're already preemptively raising electricity rates here to pay for more planned power plants to support data centers, but not all of them will even be used. Fuck data centers srs.
