It's probably enough for one kid until age 6. Two kids would be miserable. But ther are probably 3B+ people in the world right now living in the exact situation you're speaking of, and they seem to make it work.

yeah

i lived in a 630sq ft place by myself, it was my first apartment after moving out my parents house, so i basically only owned a bedroom of belongings


next place with the live in ex girlfriend was i think 850ish square feet and two bedrooms, the spare bedroom was for visitors and storage.

also the guest bedroom i never do a fullsize bed, it just akes up so much space. i just keep an air matress they are fine for short term guests
