Just passed METLIFE stadium....what is this new military device they have stationed?

There was a couple army guys there as well. Freshly installed im assuming for the world cup that will be here sunday









-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew
