One arm push ups. 2-1-1-then assisted stuff. Sometimes I bore even myself with my routine round up. I only do it for my 5 loyal subscribers who are anxiously awaiting my updates.

15 lbs in like …. 5 ish weeks?

Stopped at a food truck for a jumbo dog to celebrate. Think I was living off too much ground turkey for awhile. Now I feel refueled and strong enough to uppercut a horse
