My Fitbit works great for steps and really good for sleep, also it’s half the cost of the Apple Watches.

I’ve had a apple watch for a few years. The Sleep feature is my favorite as it breaks down your sleep by REM, Core, Deep, and Awake and gives you a score each night. Not applicable to everyone but as a T1 diabetic, I get low blood sugar throughout the day/night and I get notifications about lows/highs through the CGM app on my watch. Will probably give Oura ring a try down the road though as I’ve heard great things about them

I like my Fitbit. It was a gift though. I wouldn't pay for one myself.

It helped me build better sleep habits as far as what time I go to bed and what I do or don’t eat at night. It tracks your deep sleep/REM and I just adjust what Iam doing at night.
