Average man is 5'9'' 200 lbs

Not as bad but still pretty bad. The average man needs to lose about 30 lbs and the average woman needs to lose like 45 lbs

We are like #10 in obesity rates because several Pacific Island nations and Gulf state nations adopted our eating methods. But when you increase genetic diversity, get to a population above a few million and consider the amount of wealth and access to healthcare, nutrition and fitness culture the USA has, no one even comes close.
