What I want to know is when are you going to start classifying what the person recording her as disorderly conduct. He's literally trying to instigate a fight by tracking her down, confronting her, shoving a recording phone in her face, and threatening her with how the internet will take her down.
Honestly that's probably worse than disorderly conduct given the threats he's making. He cause far more of a public disturbance and he wasn't even the victim of any crime to justify his actions.
