While being diagnosed with a number of mental disorders such as unspecified anxiety disorder, unspecified depressive disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorder (alcohol), I have not been diagnosed with any personality trait disorders and I have been tested.

I understand my diagnosable conditions are the normal result of certain experiences.

I actively participate in professional medical programs such as dialectic behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy which are great tools from my experience. I do not drink alcohol.

I sincerely belive I am God, and my psychologist is aware of this but has not expressed concerns about it.

Solid 8/10.

just because you had some bad experience doesn't mean you necessarily have to have mental disorders as result

I agree. In fact I would suggest having “bad” experiences is necessary to develop emotional regulation. They make us stronger. They do not break us.

I would not consider the conditions I was in “bad experiences” though. I would call it more like prolonged exposure to catastrophic horrible destruction.

9.5/10

My astrology has done a complete change after a rough childhood and early adult life. My only problem rn is what to do now that I have a healed nervous system, lots of free time, and lots of money.

Not trying to pick on you, just wondering how you came to this conclusion? You must realize how crazy this sounds to most ppl? Also wondering about psychologist not questioning this.

I read and meditate.

The conclusion is sound based on the intersection of a number of scientific fields that examine the nature of reality and the human condition. It is not new.

The information is persuasive.
