Why on earth do they start the lift with a mixed grip when it obviously causes so many problems?

its an actual strong man lift but theres no reason for them to be doing it, especially when theyre struggling with 2.5kg plates

Just looks so awkward when they get it up half way and have to change their grip, ruins the flow.

the most beta thing one can do i ask his sister for help regarding girls. That was one of the worst mistakes ever...was into this girl, texting back and forth after i met her up in nye, we kissed etc. Went on a date - was awkward as phuck and i was nervous all the time, i dressed super smart for the date which should never do one.

A fter a 3 min session i had one of the most raging boners ever, couldn't flip it as it would have been obvious and the skinny jeans weren't making it easier.

She says she needs to go and catch the bus, i proceed to make her walk first as i raise up with a raging boner which is like next to her face. We move along and we meet her friends (ow god) her friends clearly see my raging boner still there under my jeans, we speak for 2+ mins and we go...goodbye makeout and i go home

anyways after that i start texting her and ask my sister for help regarding her. ended up sending a text with love xx smileys etc. bitch never responded back and up till this day doesn't even talk to me on fb, nothing. I won't make the next move tho i'm no ones bitch

in the end i ended up with a 3 week cold flu after my 'heroism'

men are not physically stronger. i have seen women who are bigger than men and could whip any guy i know. and no, they are NOT on steroids. women have a higher pain tolerance both physically and emotionally. they have to have, look what they endure physically and emotionally. as far as strength goes, i saw a story once that told of a woman lifting a car off of her child after a bad wreck. this was in the 70`s, cars were big, this was like a freakin` buick! there are many misconceptions in this life. we live in a patriarchal society that has led everyone to believe that men are stronger, faster, smarter, thy are NOT but do you think the men will ever admit to that? NO! the male ego will never let that happen. my uncle had abused my aunt for years and outweighed her by 100 pounds. she had enough one day and beat the crap out of him. he never hit her again! as i said, i have seen different. it`s what`s in the mind that matters most, not the physical body but the majority of people have bought into the stereotypes.

Cool story,I'll remember this next time a girl asks for help moving something. If they can lift a Buick, they can move a couch.
