One thing I noticed from the outside in is that blacks used to dress in baggy ugly clothing and yanks used to copy them. Blacks would then say they were dressing "black" and we in Europe would laugh at the American's dress sense.

Now when I went to America or look at American culture it's blacks all in skinny jeans, skateboarding, tight fitting clothing, European fashion designers and all trends that have been over here for years but yet no one calls out black people for dressing like us?

I was just thinking this cus I was thinking of all the miniscule bullchit blacks were crying about whites "stealing from them", the literal movement of shaking your buttocks known as twerking or using curling irons or tanning in the fukking sun is supposedly wanting to be black lmfao.

In terms of it being a black male on the cover, I suspect there are underlying currents pushing that... but I don't mind, it isn't historically inaccurate and certainly isn't historically irrelevant. It is America-centric since we came into the war after a lot of sacrifices were already made by European countries.

I would prefer something grittier, and maybe with more going on than just a single infantryman staring back at you. That character in and of himself doesn't capture my attention in the manner I think a WWI character should.

Who was gas mask? Who was trench warfare? Who was shell shock? No image of a tank rolling over a trench as a gas masked infantrymen goes hand to hand with his foe with a blimp (or whatever they were called back then) looming overhead, and an artillery shell landing in explosive fashion in the background?
