Hope everyone weekends are going well, bummed to hear about the fight moti, it'll blow over fam, wouldn't sweat it.

On a side enote went for a run for the first time in a while since I mostly just skip rope, roll, and do the stair mill for cardio managed a little over a 7 minute pace (7:36/mile avg) for 4.35 miles, (tracked via phone). Pretty happy with that for right now, obvi hope to improve tho.
