cot dam dude, that's enough sodium to drop a cow
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

Is it just me or you look older somehow brah. Not in a bad way, just mature - as if you bridged a very significant life experience recently. Can't recall the last vid of yours I caught, just remember you were at some sushi resto. But even for a casual viewer, I notice a big difference from then. Keep posting vids, always an entertaining watch.

Once.. just one time in my life I tried a 60 nugget challenge. 60 nuggets in 60 minutes.

I lost at about 48... slowly got to 52 after about an hour. I can eat a ton usually too. I'd never do this again it was 5 years ago. I legitimately felt some sort of drunk afterwards as if I had like 7-8 beers, I have no idea why.

I wish a competitive eater would post a video of the aftermath after eating something like 10 or 12 pounds of food, no edits and no cuts.

Only video I've seen is this, and the guy barfs @ 6:05 because he can't contain all the stuff he ate. And I think he only eat around 5 pounds of food.

Hoistin' heavy-ass s**t since 2006.
