It may seem that way if you live in a state or region of a country that is more rural, *raises hand* (everybody is getting married and popping out babies left and right out here)

But if you go to any densely populated city you'll see very few people are married, and those are the numbers that count because the vast majority of the worlds populations are condensed in large cities.

That is a good point to bring up. This thread is mainly targeted towards guys who have never been married, but what about the ones that have been married and got divorced? Are they still selfish and contributing to the downward spiral of society for not trying to get marriedagainafter all the chit they had to go through the first time?

I wouldn't mind having kids eventually, but marriage is a big no no. I don't feel comfortable putting half my assets on the line, and I don't feel like I should have to prove my love by signing a contract. Personally for me, I find this whole topic really hard. I come from a fairly conservative household that taught from a very young age that women were lovely creatures that men should treat with respect, protect, and be companions too... So as I got older you can imagine my shock when everyone started fuking eachother at 14 (UK of peace) and I found out a lot of them were actually total entitled kunts.
I don't want to get married to a sloot to be fair... so I try to not be a sloot myself... and yet it's so easy for myself to go down the path of slooting, which goes against all my values and is so hypocritical of me... but I always think why am not slooting? Because in reality it seems like that decent non slooty girl is just a fairy tale.

So no, I don't think i'll get married... But fuk i'm only 20 and I could change my mind. But at the moment it's seems like a chit deal considering most marriages fail. When you realise you have 2/3 odds of loosing half your chit and ending up alone and miserable, it really isn't that exciting of a prospect.

I do want to have kids though, but I don't want to have them unless I'm married, which is a fuking dilemma.

Actually, I'd like to hear what you have to say. More specifically, I'd like proof that there aren't ANY marriage worthy girls out there and that every girl who claims morals/religious values is in fact a sloot.

Ok, but we're acting like 100% of females are in tune with the media environment. Which is not the case.

There actually are women who are awakened to the media pitfall and avoid it like the plague. They're just not out at the bars for the miscers to work their PUA magic on them. They're out doing constructive things. Therefore Men have to do these things too, in order to bond with the Women. It's not a hard concept. Yoga. Volunteering. Spirituality. All things that benefit society.

Also, just because we're here now doesn't mean it'll be this way forever. I see media as a stove top burner. Once it's hot enough, it burns people into becoming more active in their own lives. Sure, it'll take a couple or three generations. But that burner is on, believe it.

It's actually pushing people to where theses idols are not. In the communities, on a local level. So, I choose to look at it from an optimistic standpoint. Once the Idolization stops, people get back to their roots.
