Dude you pay for the convenience ..some people don't know how to cook and/or don't have the time or patience for it. Regardless, I wouldn't trust Rich fukin Piana with my nutrition. Def fraudin on the macros.

It's probably not a bad idea to lie about the protein here. The only people who would buy the meals are probably the same ones who listen religiously to the supplement companies and aim for 300g+ a day. If you follow his meal plan you'll probably end up at a good level without wasting 100g every time you take a dump.

I actually ordered the Keto Meal Plan

with shipping it comes to $175. 21 meals for $175 = $8.30 per meal.

I typically spend 25-30 per meal here in NYC and I am always too tired to cook. So this makes sense for me. I hope it taste good lol ill report back.

Serving size: 286g

100g of lean ground beef contains 21g of protein give or take.

So here we have 68.6g of protein when the serving size is 286g and at least half of that is pasta?

These meals look decent and tasty and are relatively cheap but Rich really has to stop frauding with this absurd nutritional info.
lol, its easy to spot miscers without common sense or who have never cooked a meal in their life before.

100 grams of uncooked ground beef has 20 grams of protein. 100 grams of ground beef cooked and dried out becomes around 60 grams of pure meat. Multiply that x3 and you have 180 grams of meat and 60 grams of protein. The rest is pasta and voila, you have your nutrition facts.

Stop hating *******s, at least wait for some reviews whete the guys weigh the meals, then weigh the meat/pasta separately and give their final analysis. Right now it just seems like you *******s are looking at things to hate Rich Piana for.

my god! the protein content put for each meal is a complete joke. Since when does 4-6oz of chicken and 1 cup of rice have 60-70g of protein

Please tell me no one stupid enough to buy them

Yeah. Right. You also most likely believe that Rich only ever injected synthol in his one torn bicep and shoots all the "good morning" segments at 4am before the sun rises.

Your calculations, genius, for the meatball meal would amount to about: 180g of cooked beef, 70g of cooked pasta and 35g of sauce.

Except there's obviously more pasta than beef in the meal. About two times more.

Edit:

Plus you're going full rich potato if you think those meatballs are 100% pure lean ground beef.
