If you're waiting for mother rabbit to return, if you have touched the baby rabbits and she can smell you on them, there is about a 95% chance she'll kill them.

Just raise them yourself. Congrats on your new pets.

I think you're referring to the animal having gone into shock due to blood loss and or having reached it's pain thresh hold. But in essence you are correct... but no way to know if the rabbit did indeed reach this point or not.

Do think it was odd drowning it though... if a rock wasn't handy he could have just stomped on it's head or something. But I guess OP just couldn't bring himself to land any semblance of a finishing blow. Don't really blame him, I probably couldn't have bashed it to death either.

Were you that baby rabbit?

No.

Do you know the exact sensations that creature had to endure in it's final, agonising moments?

No.

So shut the fuk up.

Yes, OP said he hit him pretty badly and it was half dead by the time he saw it, that would be his pain threshold unless rabbit has been through that situation before and his body/brain has prepared him for it.

That's what I'm thinking too.

The other two are out there hiding under the dried leaves near our shelter. I know where they are hiding but I didn't wanna disturb them.

If she doesn't come and get them, I'll just raise them myself.

lol what a piece of chit. What were you too pussy to snap its neck? You had to first mangle it and then drown it to ensure maximum suffering? You're a sick, selfish fuk. Only reason you didn't snap its neck is so YOU wouldn't have to be bothered by the feelings.

Fukkin horrible story. Made worse by the fact that you drowned it, OP. Sick prick. You could have decapitated it or anything "instant", rather than drowning. It drowned to death, panicking and terrified, while already in agony from what you did to it with your mower. What a kunt.

why leave them in the box? just put them at the hole and they'll most likely flee instantly

if you think the mother is gone then leave veggies/water there so you know what's up

btw funny how everyone suddenly hates OP for doing the drowning thing when noone gave a fuk about it until a high repper mentioned it

Put them back *******. They're 100% going to die if you keep them because you can't nurse them

They may still die if you put them back, but at least they will have a chance at survival out there.

If I had to guess, may be it's because they find it ironic that you're communicating it with other humans that you despise humans while living as human. just a guess though.
