Ever tried living in the hood where you have to constantly watch your back because you might get jumped, robbed, stabbed, or even shot? Bet not, while you go home to your $300k house in a nice suburban neighborbood, put on some rap music and cry about "piggies" giving tickets. Lmao. This is coming from a former felon who has not had any negative run ins with the cops since then.

I wanna see you liberal betas put into the worst hoods or maybe the Mexican cartel cities and see if your opinions change. Lol when kunts think they're edgy when they have never experienced the worst environments of America.
yeah but its the people in the worst hoods that also complaoin about cops and hate on them the most because all it takes is for one of them to get shot and NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED to them the cop was racist and a criminal and not justified to shoot the person therefore, that cop is a murderer. All of their argument is spawned from hate and ignorance which is why this whole black lives matter movement is so annoying and frustrating. I have not yet met a cop who would do anything racist on the job, specially these days. I have met some who were the most racist sons of bitches outside of work but at work they were able to completely turn that off and act COMPLETELY just and fair to every single person.

denver is one of the worst when it comes to car meets. they absolutely hate the big 3 (1320 cc, ECS, and nationwide). not sure why but its probably because of all the federal racers and when 1320cc used to meet in green valley ranch people would call in by the dozens to complain about it even tho the police couldn't do chit about it.

its not just that, they just refuse and reject the notion that any of "their people" in their neighborhood are bad people because that person showed up at their barbecues or because they were friends with their son, etc.... they have pushed blame on other people their whole lives and thats why they live in ghettos because its not their fault and never is their fault so obviously it was the cops fault jamal got shot. I am not being racist I am just going based off of the media and the problem people keep bitching about which is that police are shooting poor black people, thats why i refer to ghettos, jamal, and "their people" because i assure you ever community predominantly black refers to each other as their own people and excludes other groups.

What sort of minimum quotas did you guys have to do? Like a certain amount of drug busts, or speeding tickets. How many did you usually give out?

I love cops as people man, but I absolutely despise speed traps. They'll speed traps up in places where speed limits are constantly changing, while the road size/surroundings are literally the same. It ticks me off that speeding tickets are such a big revenue stream for police departments, and courthouses. I just feel like it's all a scam.

When I used to work retail, I'd cover some of the things cops bought. Just a little token. Tough people, working a chit job.

it is illegal to have quotas so now they just judge your performance based off of "statistics" aka traffic stops, citations, warnings, arrests and thats about it

Good for you op for following your instincts and looking for happiness.

I really dislike cops in general, I have needed their help many times, and every time gotten fuked over or whatever. I just hate law enforcement, most laws are designed it seems to fuk over regular ppl trying to live their lives, it seems like it's all about money, justice is rare, cops are usually tough guy bullies, just my impressions of dealing with things I'm sure your cool op

fuk the police

I used to be a bouncer at a mega club in Atlantic City. When I was working there, I realized the bullsht that officers have to deal with.

I'm not a cop hater like most people. I just strongly dislike cops who pull ppl over for stupid BS like wrong turn signal, improper turn, failied to stop at a stop sign for more than 5 secs, tinted windows, headlights, ect.

The last time I got stopped for speeding was 2012. Since then I've been pulled over 10-15 times for the reasons I listed above.

US cops are going to do something about organized crime and professional terrorists? lol...no.

US law enforcement is about revenue generation. That's it. I'm aware of ONE active shooter mass casualty attack thwarted by cops in the US that wasn't achieved by a 5:1 ratio. Average Joes with carry permits stop more crime in the US than LEOs.

Why would you become a cop in the first place with this mentality? No offense, but you accept that it is a possibility if you want to become a cop. Obviously there is risk, but that's the job.

Hey SRTEvan, do you believe that any of your police colleagues were sociopaths? Did you witness any corruption in the department? Did you witness and/or experience any bullying in the department? Do you believe that LE in general attracts sociopaths/psychopaths and/or bullies?

no i really don't. the psych screening is pretty in depth. never saw any corruption personally. bullying... eh yeah maybe a little here and there. i think LE attracts two types of people. those who truly believe in the cause and are genuinely good people with good intentions, and lazy grouchy tough guys who couldn't develop any other career skills so LE was their backup career.
