Did the gorilla get aggressive at some point? He seemed to be just chillin for the first part of the video.
Could they not just use a super tranq dart instead of death? Or are tranq darts just for movies.

Dubious parenting to allow a child that young to wander off and climb through a barrier. Shame they had to shoot the gorilla it didn't look like the kid was in any immediate danger but I guess they couldn't take the risk and a tranquilizer would have taken too long to take effect and probably just provoked the gorilla.

I wonder how close the child was to the gorilla when it was shot? If the kid sees the gorilla being taken out in front of him that could to be pretty traumatic.
