The US was founded on the idea of minimal government and for the people to choose their leaders. Since the founding fathers retired, it seems that every president has grabbed for more power. They are always passing laws giving them oversight. Think of all the czars that Obama has appointed. Why should the president be allowed to appoint judges, is that not a bit of a violation of the balance of powers? How about positions, such as Secretary of State, which Obama gave to Hillary as a back scratch for stepping down in 2008 and to set her up for this election. Was she the best person for the job? Obviously not.

Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.

The appointments clause.

The founding fathers imagined it that very same way.

Appointing judges for life (and with a salary that may not be reduced) serves to balance the powers.

They didn't earn any of it. They set up banks and standardized them along with usury through collaboration with the monarchs and governments at the time, which the governments had no right too because it was a choice meant to be made by the people and not a few people in government. This allowed the family through debt enslavement to swallow up real assets from the government that was actually meant for the people.

Also they don't need money now because the own the system in which it operates.

99% of those people couldn't afford the assets they were acquiring anyway.

They were assets for the people and realistically owned by the people considering that people paid for them through taxes. But I guess when one side has guns and an army there isn't much you can do about it.

So creating the banks and increasing the ability to do international trade was not worthy of their fortune?
