I did it for the ethical reasons not much the environmental issues, but you're more able to build lean mass when bulking, you have more energy as you lower your protein to .7 and replace with carbs. If you want to build more more increase carbs.

What meals do you typially have? Not vegan myself but am definitely aware that meat seems to be related to poor health so am trying to cut it out apart from my dinner and some breakfasts/lunches here and there. Only thing is that I have no idea wtf to make for lunch/to bring to work to have. PB sandwiches can only fill me up so much.

Eating meat is manly huh? If you were such a man go and kill animals for food instead of paying someone to do it for you because you have low test to do it yourself.

I live in rural Missouri and kill a great portion of what I eat, try again *******. Low test is measuring out single servings of granola and telling people about it on the internet.

Noted you didn't say anything about me beating the protein out of you with a belly full of rare meat. Because you know your wheatgrass won't save you from me, pal.

That feel when gluten intolerant so I'm automatically out of the running for a lot of stuff unless I opt for expensive, gluten-free alternatives.

That said gluten free PB sandwiches are something I can do on the day-leee, plus the store right next to where I work obviously has fruits and veggies so I can binge on them. Need to figure out how to make something extra filling and I should be good. Thanks.

Do you often get made fun of and get challenged about being vegan?

Do you feel like some people who become vegan, do it mostly to feel superior to other people?

All the time and i heard some stupid things against veganism like the world will be overpopulated or plants feel pain too which makes no sense. Funny thing is i keep calm about it and people attack me about it when I'm not forcing my opinion on them in the first place due to insecurities. I don't think people do it to feel superior majority do it for ethical reasons, but they feel superior after they become vegans some do yes.

Wait, what? That's not true.

Aside from that, good on you if that's how you want to live and eat. I have respect for people who genuinely try to live their own lifestyle. I only eat chicken/turkey/fish as meats. No way I could kill a cow/pig/sheep/goat myself, so I never felt right eating them. It's my logic, and I don't care if it makes sense to others.

Some are high in different profiles and low in others but they all have full amino acids just not even in them

Mirin.

I'd like to eat less meat, especially red, but I'm too busy and work physically to be eating a cup of blueberries and a scoop of whey for lunch.

All large herbivores in the animal kingdom eat all day long to maintain, and as a reasonably large animal, I don't have time.

I would like to try just eating white meat and fish though.

Good job doing your bit, especially if you feel healthier for it.

If it works for you that's great. Srs, I lived with a vegan couple for two months (sold my house, family friends), said **** it and went vegan when I lived there, and his wife was a legit cook, still use her tofu scramble recipe to this day. Anyways I felt like total **** on it. My immigrants grandparents on both sides ate plenty of carbs, protein, and lots of greens. They all lived long healthy lives.
