Organic is not humane. Male chicks are thrown in a grinder because they can't reproduce and seem pointless, and female chicks are raised to give birth more than usual rate. Once they can't lay anymore eggs they get killed because they have no more use.

When you buy dairy, and eggs you're still buying meat. Cows are suppose to live up to be 20 years but only live up to be 5. For organic is humane if i went to a bar and met a chick and we talked i bought her drinks and i ruffeed her and then i fuk her and she didn't remember or feel anything is that a humane way to fuk her because she didn't feel it?

Once cows and chickens can't produce anymore eggs or milk they get killed for meat, it's not humane because the act of murder is still murder there is not justification for it

These threads are always retarded. It's good that you're vegan OP, but you won't be changing any minds here. You're on a bodybuilding forum, so "I've been a vegan for 4 months and feel great" threads aren't going to do that well...lift hard for a couple years and build muscle / get stronger and let people know you can do so on a vegan diet if they're curious. These threads are like crack to the "hurr dur, bacon is good though" and "i'll eat a steak then wreck you *******" retards that make up such a large portion of this website.

Edit: Also, drop the cancer ****. That's ****ing annoying. If you're going to push veganism, do so from an ethical perspective, not a health perspective.

I agree with your protein intake though for bodybuilders. I can't post links but this article by Menno Henselmans is interesting:The Myth of 1 g/lb: Optimal Protein Intake for Bodybuilders

It's usually between .6 to .8g/lb for me. It's always been this and went from ~130s to ~150s in bodyweight, so I never thought of consuming above 1g/lb.

Humans are herbivores if your jaw moves side to side you're herbivore, carnivores rip and swallow. If you sweat through your pores to cool yourself you're herbivore.

well if you could have your own free range chickens on your property with an equal number of males that were just living their lives would you eat the eggs?

Jesus Christ dude, can you actually do some research if you're going to make these threads? Humans are omnivores, capable of digesting a wide assortment of foods. This is the kind of **** that makes vegans look bad.

Responses like this are why Vegans aren't taken seriously. You act like eating eggs is the equivalent of skydiving without a parachute. I'm not going to debate the science of cholesterol intake, because cholesterol isn't good for you and we know this, but trying to act like me eating eggs several times a week is going to guarantee an early grave for me is absurd.

Does it maybe increase my risk of heart disease a little? Perhaps. But not really enough to cause me concern.

When I lift weights there's a risk I"ll snap my chit up. But I take that risk.
When I leave my house there's a risk that I'll get hit by a car. But I take that risk.
When I mountain bike there's a risk I could fall and break my neck. But I take that risk.
When I shower and all the flouride and hormones in the water soak my skin I'm taking a risk.

I bet you take a thousand risks every day too. To live is to be at risk. That's life. And when a vegan tries to spook me by trying to tell me how eating some eggs are going to kill me I laugh at them because it's so damn ridiculous.

I can support somebody who refuses to give money to industrial farms that treat animals poorly.

but lol @ you if you're afraid of eggs.
and lol @ you if you think hunting an animal and using every bit of it for food is evil.

Life is short and none of us are making it out alive. Not a single one. Imagine that.
I'd rather enjoy myself and die a few years earlier than live in constant fear of eggs just so I can **** my diapers for a few extra years when I'm 95 years old.

Wolves don't go to grocery store and put their food in an oven, they eat it raw and don't use knives they use their teeth to cut up in the skin and eat the meat. You're not a wolf if you want to be a wolf eat exactly how they do and live like they do your body is herbivorous your intestine is 10-12 times longer your body longer while carnivores intestines are 3-6 times their body length.

Omnivore just means an animal that eats both animals and plants.

Heart disease kills roughly around 700,000 people a year i have no problems with meat dairy and eggs eaters i only have problem when they lie and make pathetic non-logical excuses. If they were honest and said i don't care i would respect that. Why is it okay to make jokes about animal suffering but when you make jokes about human suffering it's not okay?

Edit:I don't care if people hurt themselves that's a personal choice but eating meat dairy and eggs is not a personal choice because you're hurting animals, the environment which animal agriculture is the #1 cause of

Wrong b12 is animal byproduct. The reason celery and other veggies have b12 is the microorganisms.

I never make jokes about animal suffering. Not ever. I don't think it's funny and I love animals a lot. I don't joke about human suffering either for that matter.

However I do think there's something fundamentally flawed and a little strange when a vegan tries to equate the life of a chicken to the life of a human. I'm not suggesting that animals should ever suffer, but that kind of vegan extremism is off putting.

Why? I mean, do what you'd like and all, but I'm interested in that logic. Just the taste or the notion of an egg itself?
