Got negged cuz this fool think it's the zoo's responsibility for ill parental skills. His dumb ass probably fell into a hippo pit when he was younger.

The fact of the matter is, the zoo had safety perimeters so that no one trespesses them so if a kid somehow sneaks pass it, it's the parents' fault. They're in an establishment with potential dangerous scenaros so if you're gonna bring kids, watch over 'em. It's that easy

Kids get into that situation under the supervision of unattentive and idiotic parents. If the enclosures weren't secured enough, this would be a daily occurance.

If the enclosure was secure enough, a 4 year old wouldn't have been able to get in.

Distracted parents and lost or temporarily unattended children are a completely foreseeable occurrence that the zoo must be adequately prepared to deal with.

If you're freaking out at the mother you're probably retarded.

The misc always goes full retard over this stuff, but its not unusual that parents are not staring at their children 100% of the time. Its not negligence for the mother to also be looking at the gorillas expecting her child to also be standing beside her. Maybe the mother was someone negligent, but from everything that has come out, there is nothing to suggest the mother was doing anything a normal parent wouldn't have been doing.

Sure the outcome was extreme, and its not usual for this type of thing to happen, but considering zoos cater to young children, it is the zoos responsibility to ensure that children cannot easily fall into an animal exhibit.
