Agree. What else could they say? It wasn't really their fault an entitled sloot waitress made those comments. That said, they should, indeed, fire her, but I very much doubt they will. She will pull the old female crocodile tears and all will be forgiven. She probably wont post anything like that again, though, so there's that.

Seems like it. It's unfortunate because they're a small family business, and these reviews are really going to affect them. But you would think they'd take the opportunity to specifically address to the public how the employee has been dealt with.
