Wow, that is an impressive transformation. I don't want to look as dainty as the girl on the left, but the one on the right is a bit much for my goals.

I can respect her for getting that yoked, but thats not for me. I don't want to be a man, I just want to be stronger. I was forced by a group of men a few years ago. I think I would have had a chance if it was only one man, but never want it to happen again.

We only did like 10 minutes of real sparring at the end, but I went MUCH harder, was doing ok in the standup position until they got my wrist again, I went ballistic trying to break the grip, was picked up and slammed hard. I rolled to my stomach and he took my back. People will say I'm imaging things but he was literally grinding me for a good 30 seconds until the instructor saw and told us to start back up again.
I'm embarrassed, but I was crying a little, the instructor asked why so I told him the guy slammed me. What really pissed me off was that the guy and some of the other guys in the room said that I was literally hitting his face and kicking his legs trying to break the grip.
The instructor told me to take a break, when I was walking away one of the older guys (who was not even part of our group) called me a tw@t. The instructor got so pissed at the guy and told him to leave class for the night.
I'm re-thinking this coed jujitsu class, maybe find one for women only if there is such a thing. Its not that I'm intimidated by the men's strength advantage or anything, but it seems like a fraternity amongst the men.

You seem to have an issue with men being physically superior than you. So you tried out something that an overwhelmingly majority of men are in and try to show out but got your ass handed to you. It shows with how upset and frustrated you got with crying and wanting to assault the dude. Of course hes gonna pick on you when you get frustrated and start acting like an asshat.
PS stick with stuff that involves ground game that takes a lot of technique and you can use your legs more. Going into boxing/muay thai youll get your ass handed to you even worse when you gotta withstand the force of a punch or kick.

You gonna have a really bad time. Don't try to compete in power with men. You gonna lose unless you outweigh the man by like 20+ lbs. Focus on wrestling / technique where you can compensate for lack of strength/power with leverages.

Don't let them get you down Stef. You may not be able to compete with upper body, but lower body, this study shows that women when adjusted for fat free mass have about the same power output.
Absolute values of peak and mean power output were 27 and 30% lower, respectively, in women than in men. When peak and mean power output were adjusted for body mass, the women still presented lower peak (15% lower; P < 0.001) and mean power outputs (18% lower; P < 0.001) than did the men. When the power output was adjusted for fat-free body mass, there was a gender difference only for the mean power (8% lower in women than in men; P = 0.03).

Expected to learn something new in this thread but successful troll is successful. I did learn one thing though, I had NO idea US High School boy records were comparable to Female World Records

All trolling aside and ignoring OP's troll post there are women that are 1000% more athletic/stronger than a majority of males.

There's a supplement-taking female at my gym who is still weaker than I was when I first started lifting, and I was 130 lb soaking wet then.
Anyway, I saw her benching the other day and she was putting up 50kg for 4 hard reps. I could do that and then some the first time I hit the gym as a scrawny 14 year old.
Occasionally you see some decent weights been shifted on the deadlift, but it seems to mainly be CNS / technique. The difference in strength between men and women is insane.

I just don't get how men can bench so much. The bar is 45 lb, I do that for a set of 5 and its hard. I've gotten 65 lb up occasionally for a 1RM.

In all fairness, I do not train the bench often. I use dumbbells for chest work, can work up to 20 lb dumbbells which I think is ok even for a man.
I think I can squat and deadlift 185 lb though. I don't max out, but can do both exercises 135 lb 5x. My strength trainer from college used to tell us that each extra rep is about 10 lb for a max, so since I can do 5 reps, thats 5 x 10 or 50 lb on top of my 135 for a max.

Some times I do wish I was a man though. Life seems so much easier for men. Even sex is getting worse for women these days. All of the porn I've seen is really about demeaning women and celebrating male conquest over the female body. Some are actually really disgusting. I never meet guys that make "love" any more. I think the world needs more women that are "stronger" and don't put up with being treated as objects.

I just drank a half bottle of vodka, drunk can barely keep my eyes open.
I hate being a female. I wish I could be as strong as a steroid junkie gym muscle man but know this will never be true.
I feel as though my role in this world is as a hole for men to use.
I blew my boss this morning while he was on a conference call.
I took it in the butt by three guys after a workout in the gym locker room when they dragged me into the men's steamroom.
I cam home and my neighbor knocked on the door demanding sex, I said I had a long day. He pushed the door open, took off my clothes, spanked me until I cried and then came inside. I thought he was done, then he started to try to push his hand into me to teach me a lesson to "obey" quicker next time. Yes, we have sex every few months, but still felt invaded.
This is a mans world and I'm learning women are here to serve as objects of lust.
