anything 7 and up is good imo . all the best boxers had that, tyson and pacman have 8inch wrists , alot of people think this is why they could hit so hard without losing accuracy

Small wrists (probably like 7" or so) here with broad shoulders, 5'8" with I think a 74" wingspan.

around 6.75-7.25 inches seems to be average in the 5'8-6'2 range, unless you're 6'4+, anything 7.5in+ is big, and anything lower than 6.5 is small, maybe a good baseline is take your height in inches, like for me, height is 68 inches, average for me should be 6.8inches, if you're 6'3(above miscer asking), thats 75inches, should have around 7.5inch wrists, that'd be proportional to height though however.

I told my dad the same thing, that his wrists and fingers were hooge, he said he said the same thing to his dad when he was my age, I'm guessing its cause you release growth hormone forever in minimal amounts/body maturity
