Stanford Sexual Assault Facts

1. They met at a party
2. Brock had a BAC 2 times the driving limit, the girl had a BAC 3 times the limit
3. The bikers found Brock dry humping her around 1 AM. He ran when they found him.
4. She drunkenly called her sister at 12:29 AM
5. Her last memory was around 12 AM
6. No evidence of semen. Unknown DNA found on her panties which was neither Brock nor hers
7. Her DNA was found on one of his fingers/fingernails

i have not paid attention to this case at all, so i have no way of knowing anything about this case. This surely cant be enough evidence to convict him of rape? Did he admit to banging her or anything?

He admitted to fingering and dry humping her, the difference between his account and everyone elses is that he says she was awake the whole time, was talking, and that he specifically asked her if he could and she said yes, whereas everyone else says that she was unconscious. That's fking dodgy.

It wouldn't surprise me if she was dancing with him at the party, and maybe she would've consensually slept with him later on, we will never know as that all becomes irrelevant once you have sex with someone unconscious.

Yeah, I think OP is actually asking for info. The last thread was mind-blowing. If we can keep this one civil and not...insane, is the only word I know how to describe the other thread, I'll keep it open. To add..

2 witnesses found him behind a dumpster having sex with an unconscious woman. As they approached him he ran. The witnesses then ran him down and held him for police. Usually the best witnesses in any trial are uninterested or random stranger witnesses as they have no reason to lie.

My favorite part is the letter the Father wrote about his son, where he essentially said "super sorry he raped you or whatever, but now my son can't enjoy a good steak, which is the worst. THE WORST."

ive already read tons of comments of people defending this scumbag (not on here but in an article that posted her statement to the court). Absolutely disgusting.

She doesn't remember anything so he's been free to make up a story that sounds 100% consensual. Dude said he asked her if he can finger her, and she said yes.... lets be real, no guy ever asks that, in the heat of making out you slowly make advances and if shes for it, you know, if she isnt, she will let you know as well. He got a lesser penalty because hes an athlete. ridiculous

A jury found him guilty in March of three felony charges: assault with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated/unconscious person, penetration of an intoxicated person and penetration of an unconscious person.
