At least once, at most five.
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

nowadays...none since I dont do OHP. Even when I was strong I never did BB OHP over 155-165 for sets for 12-15 reps...its terrible for you, your back and shoulders.

For those of you saying more than a couple of reps, i'm imagining that you're using Ironman thrusted boots for leg drive and a back arch so great it would make a yogi instructor jealous. you guys are talking about it so nonchalantly as if its no big deal when I don't even see people OHP at the half dozen gyms i've been to. I've seen far more deadlifters and squatters than i've ever seen OHP'ers, and these are hole in the wall strong man gyms and university gyms where D1 athletes lift.

I can do 135 for a few reps, anything over 150 requires leg drive and i've never gone higher than 165 becuase I start feeling weird painful clicks in my elbows and mid-back.

When I did a powerlifting routine and did them a lot I was weighing at 165 and could do 165x1. (Strict). At the moment I would be surprised if I could do 145x1 strict and I weigh 175. Shoulder injuries + don't do them heavy anymore.

A strict press for bodyweight is extremely rare. I doubt if 10% of gym people could do them. Literally one of the most difficult lifts there is. (Using an extremely small muscle group to press weight above your head in a controlled manner.)
