Disgusting, if I was the girl's dad and I saw this poverty phucking sentence, I would go full Law Abiding Citizen on the kid and the judge, absolutely sickening.

Didn't read much into this, but is there an appeal coming from the prosecution or are they satisfied with this?

he got convicted of sexual assault.

the only witnesses were the two swedish guys and not seeing the court docs, they probably didn't see much.

and common sense makes you ask: why would a drunk guy and girl go behind a dumpster? what for?

all those questions being asked would make the judge be questionable about what really happened.

Contrary to social media sjw anger (yeah that worked well with zimmerman and casey anthony!) - this wasn't a straight simple rape case. There are many details we do not know unless they release court docs or jury videos.

Since I wasn't there or read the court docs - I will not pass judgemnet on a judge who has eons of experience and education over me.
