lol plants use Chemicals (Gibberelins/Auxins) and Electric signals to for inter communication
and they release different chemicals to interact with the plants that surround them
Putting your extremely weak neg aside can you explain why saying that plants have feelings is wrong ?
Would you eat oysters ? since they are do not carry the characteristics which give Sentience among animals that vegans don't eat (like a cow)

for a fuking replica product that doesn't taste as good nor is as nutritious as non vegan offerings made with simple ingredients
i wonder how many binding agents and preservatives they use to make soy beans into meat tasting patties
(on a side note, I've tried those exact patties. they don't taste bad, but they don't taste nearly as good as freshly ground chuck grilled to medium)

and if you're vegan you can't eat cheese
soy cheese tastes like chit and doesn't melt or brown properly. it just burns and gives off a nasty smell

Yeah, same price if you're comparing a tiny cup of vegan to a gallon tub of regular, otherwise, not even close.
inb4 you pull up the cheapest brand of vegan ice cream and compare it to haagen-dawz to try and prove your point
